A start-up US-based health care company is seeking a Global Business Process Analyst for IT with experience in leading process improvement projects, data analysis, operational reporting, and project management. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills to lead process optimization initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing operational efficiency. The role also involves significant data analysis and operational reporting capabilities.

- Create, update, and distribute process documentation and SOPs.
- Regularly audit existing documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Evaluate all processes for efficiency and automation opportunities
- Lead improvement initiatives within IT
- Distill complex data sets into actionable operational metrics
- Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Generate compliance tracking and reporting process.
- Supports global transition for assigned areas to include task tracking, dependencies, dates, owners, statuses, and risk identification.
- Embedding company PMO standards into all project management activities
- Function as a Business Analyst for the functional area's systems.
- Collaborate with system admins and experts to ensure the use of current versions.
- Drive adoption of new features and functionalities that align with business goals.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Expertise in IT process maintenance and optimization, supported by a strong foundation in process improvement methodologies (ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, BPM).
- Experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on modern IT tools, specifically Service Now.
- Experience with project management
- Strong documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with system admins and experts.
- Proficiency in key IT operational data reporting and KPI analysis.
- Knowledge of automation tools and technique
- Certifications such as ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, BPM are a plus.
