Your Tasks And Responsibilities

GLOBAL

• Perform the GISC control in daily business as specified in DP according to Control Calendar focusing on controls less complex addressing low to medium rated risks
• Execute event-triggered controls when initiated by specific events (change requests, access requests)
• Timely create and securely store control evidence to serve as the basis for Management Assessments and audits
• Report the need for documentation changes to the Global Process Manager (GPM)
• Report and escalate issues to the accountable System Owner, the Managed Service Provider, Global GISC Manager and Work Lead
  
  

Who You Are

• Professional Experiene (2 years) in Quality, Risk Management or Financial Accounting
• Required Experience: Medical/pharmaceutical/natural science/IT background/Finance
• Qualification & Competencies:
• Good understanding of Internal Control Systems - target, content, requirements
• Basic Knowledge how Enterprise IT works - Infrastructure, platforms, applications
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to evaluate metrics and identify and prioritize compliance issues
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Coordinate, manage and track multiple activities while maintaining a high standard of work
• Good communication and moderation skills
• Fluent in English; both written and spoken
