Our facility in Manila, Philippines has been operating since 1996 with key functions in Design and Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and other disciplines. This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning.

We are presently seeking for an IT Business Analyst who will be part of the Enterprise Applications team, working with a team of key business leaders and other Business Analysts to drive change and support our business. The candidate must know how to leverage SAP to support best practices and have a proven understanding of SAP MM (primarily) and QM modules (or need EDI/IDOC and such integration experience). Furthermore, the candidate needs to have very good understanding and working knowledge in integration of other core ERP modules like PP and SD. The candidate needs to have experience in both SAP ECC ERP 6.0 and SAP S4 HANA environments.

Main Responsibilities

• Works with internal IT resources and/or external on implementations, enhancements and support for our ERP ECC 6.0 systems and S4 HANA system (core ERP modules)
• Requirement gathering for any additional SAP MM and QM functionality, and process change. Provides fit gap analysis and available options on solution.
• Capable of building and reviewing business and technical documentation to ensure test plans meet technical and business requirements.
• Supports system changes through configuration and enhancement including provide Functional specification on ABAP program changes in the MM and QM area (all RICEF and performance enhancements).
• Documents functional requirements, develop functional specs for program changes, make configuration settings, perform testing, conduct system demos and work with users providing training and testing support.
• Working knowledge of SDLC project methodology (i.e.; ASAP, SOLMAN).
• Drives continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics Management.
• Demonstrates commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; makingcustomer issues a priority.
  
  

R Requirements

• BA/BS Degree is required with minimum 5 years of experience in SAP support and at least one full cycle implementation.
• Good understanding on SAP MM and QM module
• Very good understanding of various SAP system landscapes and TMS
• Solid understanding of business processes in and around all aspects of materials management and quality management related to Manufacturing and Semiconductor industry environments.
• Knowledge of ABAP programming and SAP integration tools is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible working hour arrangement (support different region – Europe and North America). Could be working to support EST hours.
• Experience in SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4 HANA a big plus.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time (domestic and international).
