Requirements

• Good command in English communication (both written and spoken).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design.
• Has project management skills and experience with project management tools.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to discuss and process technical information such as designs, dependencies in details
• Able to supplement and support SA, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Delivery managers in managing different aspects of the process, including requirement gathering, delivery management, lead sprint planning and review, etc
• Need a senior person, experience as tech lead/solution architect before is a plus
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
