IT Asset Management (ITAM) Delivery Lead

Manages the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Measures and communicates progress to leadership within committed time frames. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
HAM Delivery Leads have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of HAM projects on time and within budget. 1. Responsible for the delivery of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) services to the client. 2. Serve as the primary Point of Contact for service-related escalations and issues specific to hardware asset management. 3. Act as an interface between the client and the Delivery Team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. 4. Understand hardware asset data requirements from the team and coordinate sourcing of this data from the client. 5. Follow-up with the client on any pending requests for hardware asset-related data. 6. Liaise with different teams, as required, to gather or provide hardware asset data. 7. Share reports (hardware compliance, reconciliation, inventory analysis, optimization, etc.) with client stakeholders. 8. Advise the client on remediation actions, cost optimization strategies, and updates to the hardware asset inventory or configuration management database (CMDB). 8. Follow-up on advice provided to ensure implementation and resolution. 10. Monitor and track hardware asset data and tooling issues, managing escalations to vendors as necessary.
