We're Hiring: IT Asset Management Analyst!

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented IT Asset Management Analyst to oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets across our global operations. This critical role ensures accuracy in inventory tracking and promotes efficient, compliant asset utilization. The ideal candidate possesses a solid background in IT inventory management, has worked with PEZA compliance requirements, and can seamlessly coordinate with cross-regional teams.

Role: IT Asset Management Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets—from acquisition and deployment through maintenance and disposal—while ensuring alignment with company policy and PEZA guidelines.
  • Inventory Reporting: Produce detailed reports on asset status, usage trends, depreciation, and performance metrics. Leverage data insights to improve accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Data Analysis & Forecasting: Analyze historical inventory data to support asset planning and forecast future asset needs based on usage patterns and upcoming initiatives.
  • Audits & Compliance: Conduct regular physical inventories and reconciliation audits. Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity and ensure PEZA documentation compliance.
  • Global Coordination: Collaborate with asset teams in India, Morocco, Bulgaria, the Philippines, and Belgium to standardize asset management processes and support global initiatives.
  • Project Management: Lead asset-related projects—such as system migrations, audits, or hardware rollouts—ensuring timelines and objectives are met efficiently.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, preferably in a multinational or shared services environment.
  • Solid knowledge of inventory control systems and asset management tools.
  • Experience working with PEZA reporting and documentation requirements is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience managing global coordination efforts is a plus.
