IT Administrator

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Administrator to join our growing team. What You'll Do

Technical Support & Administration

• Provide comprehensive IT support to all employees and coworking space clients
• Create and manage user accounts with appropriate access controls
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software to meet organizational objectives
• Perform diagnostic testing and debugging procedures to optimize system performance
• Implement and maintain security protocols to protect confidential data and prevent security threats
• Ensure data protection through encryption, secure storage, and other cybersecurity measures
  
  

Live Streaming & Event Support

• Set up and troubleshoot audio equipment including mixers and microphones
• Provide technical support for webinars and virtual events
• Set up and manage live streaming equipment and software for company events (OBS and alternative platforms)
  
  

Documentation & Collaboration

• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides
• Support the Senior IT Administrator with special projects and assignments
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience as IT Administrator, IT Specialist, or similar role
• Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and relevant internship experience will be considered
• Proficiency in live streaming software (OBS Studio preferred)
• Experience with audio/visual equipment setup (mixers, microphones, streaming hardware)
• Knowledge of webinar platforms and virtual event management
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting abilities
• Basic networking knowledge and configuration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows environments
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
• Compliance with the working schedue
• Daily on-site reporting at our Loft sites
• Flexible scheduling including potential weekend work for events
• Support for both internal employees and external coworking clients
