We're Hiring: ISM Manager!
The ISM Manager is responsible for ensuring that the company’s fleet operations fully comply with the International Safety Management (ISM) Code and other applicable maritime safety, security, and environmental regulations. This role oversees audits, inspections, and surveys of vessels, manages the implementation and continual improvement of the Safety Management System (SMS), and ensures adherence to international, flag state, and class requirements. The ISM Manager also acts as the key liaison with regulatory bodies, classification societies, and stakeholders, while supporting vessel Masters and crews in achieving the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.
