We are in search for an experienced ISHELP Technician to join our talented, well-established, client-centric IT team. The position will be part of our APAC - IS Help function within Information Services (IS) group.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately log, tag, track and resolve all client requests through Service Desk ticketing system in a timely manner
  • Diagnose and resolve client issues related to hardware, telephone, printers, software, upgrades, in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards
  • Assist users with application and operating system problems and resolve their computing requirements
  • Provide technical support for Server, Workstations and through remote assistance
  • Installation and control of approved software applications being used by the company
  • Maintenance of network & non-network computers
  • Escalate and coordinate reported incidents to other relevant internal IS department (i.e. Systems, Network, Software, Security, etc.) providing appropriate background information
  • Follow standard Service Desk Procedures, IS Security, administration, access controls, etc.
  • Perform asset management activities, both hardware and software in accordance to GHD policies and procedures
  • Be an active member of a supportive and customer service oriented team
  • Awareness of cultural differences in teams and clients

Required experience:

  • Degree qualification in Information Technology, Security and/or equivalent disciplines is highly regarded
  • With at least 1-2 years Service Desk/Customer Service/Technical Support experience
  • Technical knowledge on operating systems, hardware operation, leading software, local and wide area network
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and other software
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across geographies
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Willing to work on shifting hours
