Job Description
- Lead the development and execution of investor relations strategies, ensuring alignment with disclosure regulations, corporate governance, and business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver investor-facing materials such as earnings reports, investor decks, and regulatory disclosures.
- Manage communications with investors, analysts, and stakeholders through meetings, conferences, and digital platforms.
- Monitor capital markets, industry trends, and peer activities; provide timely insights and sentiment analysis to leadership.
- Oversee external reporting deliverables including the Annual Report, Quarterly Reports, and Sustainability Report, in coordination with internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; 3–5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Strategy, or Finance.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, financial reporting, and investor expectations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing materials for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to manage cross-functional coordination and represent the company with professionalism.
- Background or exposure in ESG/sustainability reporting and willingness to travel for investor meetings and events.
