Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

As an Associate, you will be responsible for such duties and responsibilities that are normally associated with your position, which include, but are not limited to the activities enumerated below:

• Corresponds to clients and investors for investment inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Communicates with various teams, including fund administration and tax on variety of investor related topics;
• Prepares draft emails and ensures accuracy in sending out of investor capital letters, distributions, capital statements and other investor reports
• Participate in adhoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Associate Director/ Director of Investor Relations to support the team’s objectives.
  
  

Requirements

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is preferred.
• More than a year's experience in investor relations or related field.
• Basic understanding of financial markets, particularly in investor relations.
• Has knowledge of an alternative investment industry, particularly in investor relations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
• Must be able to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and be able to meet tight deadlines.
