Job Description:

Investments Operations is looking for recent graduates who are passionate in building their Investments Finance career in Manulife. As a successful candidate your career will flourish with our strong commitment to personal and professional development and growth. The Investments Training Program is a combination of classroom training, hands-on work immersion, and individual coaching and mentoring. You will work with one of the Investments Business Operations Support Teams to get exposed to actual processes and will be assigned to mentor to assess your progress and development.


You will be exposed to various Investment operations functions such as:

  • System Maintenance and Development
  • Trade & Cash Processing
  • Business Support
  • Securities & Portfolio Accounting
  • Security Pricing and Valuation
  • NAV and Fund Oversight and Administration
  • Project Management


Key Accountabilities

  • Perform delegated tasks within the assigned team
  • Attend classroom and online trainings and complete requirements within the expected time frame.
  • Report for coaching and mentoring sessions and discuss opportunities for further development.
  • Assimilate learnings in actual work and dealings with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate manager.


Minimum Skills Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Management, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering IT
  • Proven drive to excel
  • Passion for continuous learning
  • Track record for leadership
  • Very good communication and inter-personal skills
