MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the Investment Banking Head and/or the Senior Investment Banking Officer in the identification, origination, execution and syndication of assigned Investment Banking transactions.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed financial analysis, financial modeling and valuation of subject companies and transactions; and present findings and recommendations.
  • Conduct industry, market, and company-specific research and analysis.
  • Prepare deal marketing documents such as pitch books, teasers, confidential information memorandums, and management and investor presentations.
  • Deliver clear and compelling presentations to clients, investors and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in client/ investor meetings, due diligence and in the preparation, review and execution of transaction documents in coordination with clients, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure deal compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal reports and presentations, and management of internal client/ transaction files.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support business development efforts.
  • Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time that will support organizational goals and objectives.


JOB SPECIFICATION:

  • Bachelor of Science, Major in Finance, Management/ Business Administration, Economics or Accounting.
  • 0-1 years of related work experience
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, and general financial knowledge; Strong verbal and written communications skills; Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented, organized, pro-active, and demonstrates problem solving skills; Project and time management skills; Ability to collaborate effectively and be a contributing member of the team; Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines; and proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
