- Conduct loan reviews to evaluate credit quality, financial performance, and compliance with investment criteria.
- Analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, to assess borrower performance and repayment capacity.
- Perform credit evaluations and risk assessments to determine financial health and investment suitability.
- Prepare detailed investment memos, risk summaries, and financial models to support decision-making.
- Monitor and track portfolio performance, identifying trends or potential risk exposures.
- Collaborate with senior investment professionals to review deal structures and make recommendations.
- Maintain accurate financial data and ensure documentation aligns with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in investment analysis, credit analysis, loan underwriting, or financial review.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and credit evaluation methods.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with databases or analytics tools is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reviews or analyses simultaneously.
