Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in inventory, stock control, or warehouse support—preferably in retail or distribution.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numbers and records.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with inventory or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work onsite in Taguig and occasionally visit warehouses or store locations as needed.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in a multi-brand or multi-branch retail setup.
  • Familiarity with inventory software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
  • Team player with a strong sense of accountability and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and update inventory records across stores, warehouses, and distribution points.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts (monthly, quarterly, annual) and reconcile physical stock with system records.
  • Coordinate with store and warehouse teams for stock transfers, deliveries, and returns.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and report issues to the Inventory Supervisor or relevant departments.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory data in the system, including SKU details, product movement, and adjustments.
  • Prepare inventory-related reports and documentation for internal use and audits.
  • Support the implementation of inventory control procedures and stock replenishment strategies.
  • Assist during audits and compliance checks related to stock and inventory handling.
  • Ensure proper storage, tagging, and handling of products following company standards.
  • Work closely with Procurement, Logistics, and Store Operations to ensure smooth inventory flow.

Based in Taguig, this role is responsible for tracking stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory records, and coordinating with warehouse and store teams to maintain proper inventory flow across the retail network.
