Inventory Specialist

Responsible for the successful adoption and execution of warehouse processes across TOA Global PH sites in collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver significant savings and efficient operational services in support of Company’s goals and objectives. The main function of the role is to strategically manage the inventory levels, by developing and executing short, medium and long-term inventory and warehouse management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Physical inventory checking of deployed and returned items
• Receive and record purchases/deliveries, maintain database daily and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports. 
• Daily tracking of onboarding employees to monitor demand vs stock on hand
• Daily tracking of employee attrition to monitor the expected return of equipment to warehouse
• Daily tracking of sales and recruitment data to get an accurate demand forecasting
• Ensure that deployed desktop set for new employees are being set-up to correct allocation
• Tracking all the inventory-related data via software.
• Ensuring the company’s inventory is sufficient.
• Provide ad-hoc inventory reports as needed 
• Communicate with the Warehouse Team Lead, Sourcing Team, and other stakeholders and manage current stock, expected demand and potential shortages

• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory data to check status of the Warehouse Stocks.
• Checking of System and Actual Inventory for discrepancy and audit proposes.

Key Qualifications/Experience

• With 1 to 2 years of experience in:
• Warehouse and Inventory Management.
• Knowledge of inventory principles, concepts and procedures.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft, database and spreadsheet software.
• Proven work experience as an Inventory Specialist or similar role.
• Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting.
• Organizational Skills.
• Experience with inventory control, forecasting and analysis preferred.
