Job Summary
The Inventory Officer is the overall in-charge of the implementation of the control procedures and security of the company assets of his/her store assignment
Duties and Responsibilities
(a) Ensures the safety and security of the company assets that includes cash, inventory, documents, data, receivables, and fixed assets
(b) Ensures inventory accuracy
(c) Assists in the implementation if the control standards
(d) In-charge on the training and development of the control personnel
(e) Ensures that all the standards and implemented as a process champion of selling, front end, warehouse operations, and procedures
(f) Ensures the accuracy and timely submission of reports
Qualifications
1. Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Administration-related courses
2. Must have at least 3 years of working experience doing control, audit, and inventory
