Inventory Data Controller

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Encodes accurate data and maintains the integrity of information at all times.
2. Physically checks and validates the accuracy of stock locations and its
   inventory count vs. encoded data.
3. Prepares, analyzes and submits correct and timely reports related to
   inbound and outbound activities, such as discrepancies, i.e. damages,
   overage, shortages and returns.
4. Checks daily transactions and movement of products (for stocking,
   distribution and interwarehouse) such as RR, DO, TOG, and put-away.
5. Verifies the accuracy of shipments vs. packing list and invoice for
   merchandise and non-merchandise items.
6. Implements inventory control measures such as strict monitoring of product
   movements, ensuring accurate and real-time recording on system and stock
   cards.
7. Works closely with inbound and outbound warehouse Personnels,
   coordinating receiving activities, dispatch, interwarehouse stock transfers.
   activities, in compliance to agreed standard processes.
8. Properly files and maintains all warehouse applicable documents to
   job responsibilities.
9. Communicates effectively with team members, ensuring smooth workflows
   are established based on standard operating procedures.
10. Performs other duties as required or directed.
