Your Role

As An Inventory Coordinator, You Will

Assist the Inventory Controller with the day-to-day processing of planned orders, maintenance of purchasing systems, and follow-up of outstanding purchase orders, transfer orders, production orders, and shipments in the system. This includes communicating and documenting any changes that may impact supply to internal and external customers.

• Ensure timely updates of pricing, quantity, and date accuracy in the ERP system for purchase, production, and transfer orders
• Create transfer and production orders as required in the ERP system
• Review grouped production orders to ensure materials are procured for customer supply
• Process supplier invoices promptly with updated prices and quantities.
• Review daily outstanding orders reports to finalize purchase, production, and transfer orders
• Process supplier credits and hardware RMAs.
• Maintain master data integrity and new item setups in ERP/WMS systems
• Create and maintain shipments in the ERP system, ensuring dates, quantities, and costs are accurate
• Escalate potential supply issues to relevant stakeholders
• Review planned orders and procure inventory in line with forecasts and budgets
• Expedite procurement of materials at risk of stockouts or on customer backorder
• Monitor products to ensure supply chain settings deliver desired outcomes
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure compliance with delivery times and product quality
• Coordinate reviews of slow-moving and obsolete stock and carry out agreed actions
• Perform other duties relevant to the role as assigned by the manager
  
  

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• At least 3 years of experience in Inventory Management
• Experience in Supply Chain or Finance disciplines
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
