Inventory Audit Officer

Job Description

1. Audits the details provided in Pre-Accomplished Conforme prior to provision to General Inventory Team

2. Audits completeness of Rack listings prior to count.

3. Checks thru MMS completeness of all transfer numbers requested for posting thru Operations by Inventory Audit Assistant thru Excel File. Officer shall be required to use formulate eg VLOOKUP, Concatenate, Pivot, Filters, Subtotals, Conversions, etc.

4. Ensures there are no Hanging Transfers unposted pertaining to prior cutoffs

5. Performs the audit of posted Physical Count on a per store basis.

6. Ensures Timely Submission of Audited Physical Count to Inventory Audit Supervisor. If any problem or concern occurs, officer must immediately report it as well to the supervisor

7. Updates Monitoring of Assigned Stores.

A. Checking of MMS Sales Record

B. Status of Count per Store

C. Details of Count per Store

D. Ensures all files and needed information sent by the Inventory Team Leader are properly gathered and well completed

Requirements

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy
• Must have at least 1 year experience in using MMS.
• Must have a background in audit and reconciliation of stocks and funds.
• Must be good in using Excel, Vlookup, Pivot, Concatenate, Countifs, counterchecking of values, etc.
• With good audit skills and minimal supervision
• With ability to monitor reports on a per store basis and ensure completeness of the reports.
