Inventory and Logistics Coordinator (WFH)

About The Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and analytical Inventory and Logistics Coordinator based in the Philippines to join our growing team.

This role is essential in managing freight logistics from our internal production sites, distribution centres, and external suppliers in the USA and Canada — while also supporting our inventory management processes. You’ll help streamline shipping operations, reduce freight costs, and ensure inventory records are accurate and aligned with current business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Coordination:

• Coordinate and book freight shipments from internal production sites, distribution centres, and external supplier facilities.
• Actively research and negotiate the best shipping rates for all freight, helping us cut unnecessary costs.
• Review freight invoices to ensure they match the original quotes and resolve any discrepancies.
• Communicate regularly with production and warehouse staff to ensure all orders are shipping on time.
• Flag and address any potential issues in the shipping process before they impact customer orders.
• Work closely with the operations manager to keep all orders on track and proactively avoid delays.
• Maintain accurate records and stay on top of all freight-related documentation.

Coordination

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory data in relevant systems.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Resolve discrepancies related to inventory and order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with other departments to anticipate inventory needs and ensure stock availability.
• Work closely with the Inventory and Production Manager to update and manage orders in the inventory system.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Prior experience in freight coordination and/or inventory management, especially involving USA and Canada logistics.

Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for spotting red flags and inconsistencies.

Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy and continuous improvement.

Tools: Familiarity with freight booking systems, inventory management platforms, and spreadsheets is a strong asset.

SALARY RANGE: PHP 45,000 - PHP 50.000 + performance increase and bonuses if you perfrom
