Your Role:

As An Inventory Administrator, You Will

You will be required to collate all incoming daily spare parts requests, check the status of stock, and respond to email inquiries from our store teams. You will also be required to check newly registered products, create data entries where needed, and create reports based on these activities.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel essential)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming emails, advising on stock availability and order tracking, utilizing multiple inventory management systems and courier websites.
  • Update stock entries and stock count via inventory management systems, with accurate information.
  • Import stock entries through Excel spreadsheets and data systems, cross referencing current entries in both data and inventory management systems to ensure accurate and complete data.
  • Generate stock consumption reports and order reports using inventory management systems and communicate required stock ordering against current stock quantity.

What You Need:

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role

  • Exceptional written and verbal English skills

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel essential)
  • Must be amenable to the working conditions mentioned above
