International Sales - Sales Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Strategize on how to effectively market and promote Aboitiz Land Projects.
· Recruit, manage, develop and grow competitive sales team, and promote supportive and harmonious relationship among team members.
· Ensure that the Monthly/Quarterly Sales Targets are achieved by identifying opportunities, tapping more markets and converting leads to sales.
Job Requirements
· With at least two years of experience in managing a Sales Team (preferably, in the real estate industry, but not required)
· Preferably, a Licensed Real Estate Broker, but not required
· PRC and DHSUD Licensed
· Has experience in selling Luzon and Cebu Projects
· With a ready sales team
· Knowledge and experience in digital selling is preferred
