What You'll Do
Lead internal audit engagements and assessments across various departments.
Develop audit plans, programs, and reports based on risk assessments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement recommendations.
Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the development of internal control frameworks.
Provide training and guidance to junior auditors on best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing or related fields.
Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Professional certification (CIA, CPA) is an advantage.
