General Responsibilities

• Assist in updating and maintaining IT policies and procedures.
• Maintain trackers for policy reviews, audits, and compliance-related activities.
• Support internal and external audit preparation by gathering required documentation.
• Organize and maintain risk registers and mitigation plans.
• Assist in reviewing disaster recovery (DR) and backup documentation.
• Track governance tasks assigned to other departments (e.g., policy owner responses).
• Coordinate meeting notes, reminders, and documentation for governance-related syncs.
• Help map policies and risks to standards such as BSP SAFR or ISO 27001.
• Creating automation for Tech’s KRIs and KPIs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in BS Information Systems, BS Information Technology, BS Business Administration major in MIS, or any related program with coursework in IT operations, risk, or systems analysis.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT processes or system documentation is a plus.
• Holds a position in an extracurricular organization is a plus.
