Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIRED:
Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Good understanding of basic industrial engineering concepts such as time study, process flow, and productivity analysis.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a manufacturing environment.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma concepts.
Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) for simple layout modifications.
Previous project work or coursework related to manufacturing systems.
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.

Job Description

- Assist in improving manufacturing processes, including data collection and KPI reporting for efficiency, quality, and capacity planning.
- Support Lean projects and process documentation initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve issues, maintain safety compliance, and contribute to overall operational excellence.

Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Good understanding of basic industrial engineering concepts such as time study, process flow, and productivity analysis.
