Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our finance team. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in various finance functions, including financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.

About the role

• Financial Analysis and Reporting:
• Assisting with financial data analysis and generating reports.
• Preparing financial statements and performance metrics.
• Supporting budget preparation and forecasting activities.
• Data Management:
• Updating and maintaining financial records and databases.
• Assisting with data entry and reconciliation of financial transactions.
• Analyzing historical financial data to identify trends.
• Accounting Support:
• Assisting with accounts payable and receivable tasks.
• Preparing invoices and processing expense reimbursements.
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Audit and Compliance:
• Assisting with internal audits and compliance checks.
• Ensuring financial procedures and documentation adhere to company policies.
• Administrative and Ad Hoc Tasks:
• Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks within the finance department.
• Assisting with special projects and financial modeling as needed.
• Conducting research and preparing presentations for financial meetings.
  

What we are looking

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or a related field.
• With genuine enthusiasm for the finance industry and current market trends.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
