Area Of Responsibility

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Create and update tickets using the ticketing system
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and resolution for common issues such as password resets, network connectivity, printer issues, etc.
  • Escalate complex issues to the second level support or relevant teams
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and issue resolution
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and technical knowledge
  • Creating and maintaining documentation of the infrastructure

Minimum Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the IT industry
  • A bachelor degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field.
  • High communication aptitude (verbal and written)
  • Technical writing skills
  • Fast-learner and self-starter
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure is a must
  • Familiarity with Linux client/server environments
  • Fundamental knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP, and other networking concepts
  • Exposure or experience in providing technical support or customer service in an IT-related field is desirable
