Integrated Maintenance Specialist - Bacolod City - #135035

Overview

Due to the special situation of multiple islands, two personnel need to be deployed on each island, and they are assigned to the north and south of the island, so that daily maintenance can be quickly responded, and fault handling can be timely and efficient.

Employment Standards

1. Work conscientiously, be responsible and have a sense of responsibility.
2. Have the sense of teamwork and good innovative spirit.
3. Maintenance certificate and operation certificate with work requirements.
4. Relevant working experience is preferred, with good character.
5. Ability to proactively identify, analyze and solve problems.
6. At least 3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
7. Obey the work arranged by the manager, including exceeding the scope of responsibilities.

Job Skills & Qualifications

1. Responsible for the daily inspection and maintenance of the VIS region's BTS, IDC and OSP,Transmission Device.
2. Responsible for emergency recovery in case of problems/interruption/offline.
3. Monitors all sites activity especially the scheduled ROT which I am responsible to handle in Whole Island.
4. Push Outsource Maintenance Team to maintain the sites all up if there is trouble occurred on sites.
5. Scheduled PAC Site inspections within Island that inspect the whole sites including Civil Works,OSP and Transmission.
6. Check Remote Acceptance and justify based on rectifications on the affected sites.
7. Follow up updates on progress in times of trouble occurrence.
8. Supervise and handle Maintenance Outsource Team Activities on sites before and during trouble.
9. Be responsible for sorting out the electricity bill account and updating the electricity bill / rent account according to the payment situation.
10. Manage the outsourcing team, five regions have main responsibility for managing the outsourcing team; And to monitor the status of electricity payment of base station/DCs.
