We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, experience with insurance verification, and the ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient intake process for our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Insurance Verification: Check and verify patient insurance information using Medicare website and various insurance portals
  • Patient Interaction: Communicate with patients to gather necessary information, educate them on healthcare products, and address any questions or concerns
  • Detail-Oriented Tasks: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and insurance verifications
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patients
  • Effective Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
  • Engagement: Build rapport with patients and engage them in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications:
