As a Insurance Operations Associate You Will

• Provide administrative and operational support to Employee Benefits teams in the U.S.
• Assist in managing client accounts, including benefits enrollment, renewals, and updates.
• Review and process employee benefits documentation to ensure compliance with U.S. regulations.
• Respond to inquiries from clients and carriers regarding benefits coverage, claims, and eligibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
• Maintain organized records and contribute to data integrity within benefits management systems.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience (internship or professional) with the Employee Benefits department of a U.S. insurance company is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of U.S. employee benefits (e.g., health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k)).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with benefits management software.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
