This role assists customers with workers' compensation claims, specifically, First Notice of Loss (FNOL) calls. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer care within the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer service calls related to workers' compensation insurance.
- Manage First Notice of Loss (FNOL) calls, accurately documenting all details.
- Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding policy coverage, claim status, and procedures.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry regulations.
- 6 months to 2 years previous experience in the insurance industry, particularly in customer service or claims handling.
- Familiarity with workers' compensation insurance and FNOL processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
