We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our Learning & Development team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and enhance learning materials that drive engagement, skill development, and performance improvement across the organization.
You will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and business leaders to create high-quality learning experiences, ranging from e-learning modules and instructor-led training to blended learning solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging learning content using instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to analyze learning needs and define measurable learning objectives.
- Develop storyboards, scripts, and course outlines for digital and instructor-led programs.
- Create interactive e-learning modules, assessments, and simulations using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate).
- Utilize graphic design, multimedia editing, and video production skills to create engaging educational content and materials.
- Evaluate and improve learning materials through feedback, analytics, and post-training assessments.
- Maintain consistency in tone, branding, and instructional approach across all learning materials.
- Stay current with L&D trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance learning effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning experience design.
- Strong knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, or other instructional design frameworks.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Creative mindset and ability to translate complex information into engaging learning experiences.
Preferred Skills (Nice To Have):
- Experience designing for corporate or tech-based learning environments.
- Knowledge of graphic design, multimedia editing, or video production.
- Familiarity with gamification, microlearning, or AI-based learning tools.
