Job Description

• Staff Semiconductor Inspector shall be responsible for the quality of incoming and outgoing lots from IQA to FQA station, including In-Process controls through Line Audits ensuring strict application of specifications or standards relative to Microchip and customer requirements.
• Staff Semiconductor Inspector is required to follow all operational SOP’s, 5S and safety requirements that are implemented in the line and must understand company policy and procedures.
• Provide disposition on major quality issues with supervision.
• Performs major task (quality reports, filing OT/LV) assigned by the supervisor.
• Prepares regular Quality reports to immediate superior.
• Conduct in-line audit and verification of corrective action defined in 8D report.
• Provides support to other department on monitoring of product evaluation and machine buy-off.
• Provide Quality Alert to all assembly related issues and follow-up 8D report.
• Provide Return Part Form (RPF) for all devices with quality issues and required retest.
• Prepared and release weekly QAF performance for support validation.
• Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
  
  

Requirements/Qualifications

At least High School Graduate

• Flexible and self-motivated; can work as an individual or as a team member.
• Capable to cope up with new instructions.
• Can work under pressure.
• Computer literate and can communicate effectively in English and Tagalog, both orally and in writing.
