The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for quote generation, order processing and provide exceptional customer service to our Controls and Software (C&S) Sales team, Partners, and Customers. You will be responsible for taking customer and sales inquiries on automation software support, developing proposals and sales programs as needed; completing follow-up calls as needed, including but not limited to entering the transaction in the customer database and inbound lead routing.

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for quote generation, order processing and provide exceptional customer service to our Controls and Software (C&S) Sales team, Partners, and Customers. You will be responsible for taking customer and sales inquiries on automation software support, developing proposals and sales programs as needed; completing follow-up calls as needed, including but not limited to entering the transaction in the customer database and inbound lead routing.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Quotation generation
- Timely sending out of Renewal quotes based on monthly target
- Generate quotes for expired key accounts
- Data entry and clean-up to improve the accuracy of installed base and data integrations.
- Work with the Sales team and seek approval for requested discounts on quotes
- Follow-up sales opportunities (phone and email) and support the work of Regional Sales Team Leader
- Handle incoming customers’ requests, and provide them with vital support
- Fully utilize the sales automation system (Salesforce, etc)
- Develop a detailed product knowledge competency on all technologies and services offerings as related to quote generation.
- Order processing
- Timely and accurate order processing
- Verify information and coordinate changes on Customer or Channel Partner Purchase orders
- Utilize SAP software for order fulfillment and accurate invoicing
- Work with customers and management to promote, drive, and maintain continuous improvement in processes and efficiency
- Provide services that enable Sales and service teams to attract and serve customers faster, with better quality
- Provide well-defined leads to sales representatives
- Understand and deliver different customer service processes, and fulfill all regulations of the internal policies of the company

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing Course, or any related field
- Minimum of 2 years of technical sales or customer engagement experience in sales and contract agreements
- Experience in using MS Office Suite
- Experience in using PowerBI, Salesforce, or any related tools
- Background in Support Agreement
- Experience in quote-to-order process
