Inside Sales

RESPONSIBILITY

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on sales leads.
• Understand customer’s needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
• File rates in the system.
• Answers potential customer’s questions and and additional information per email.
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
• Maintain and expand your database of current and potential customers.
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
• Perform effective explaining and demonstrating features of our service to prospects.
• Staying informed about competing products and services.
• Upselling products and services.
• Researching and qualifying new leads.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
• Perform additional duties assigned in addition to one mentioned above.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field can be beneficial.
• Previous experience in sales, particularly in a business-to-business setting, is highly advantageous.
• Ability to negotiate favorable deals and resolve conflicts is essential for closing deals
• Minimum 1-2 years of experiences in Management levels
