Who You’ll Be Working With
If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!
You’ll Be Responsible For The Following
- Assisting in the management and operation of infrastructure services, providing support to the team.
- Contributing to the implementation of infrastructure strategies and projects.
- Maintaining the performance and availability of infrastructure systems while troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborating with other teams to understand their infrastructure requirements and support design and/or implementation.
- Participating in the implementation of best practices and process improvements within the infrastructure services.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role.
- Proven experience in infrastructure technology management.
- Proficiencies in technical knowledge and teamwork.
- Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
