The Information Technology Product Manager plays a critical role in driving market growth and ensuring profitability across product lines. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to meet monthly sales targets, working closely with sales teams and channel partners. The role involves designing and launching sales promotions, optimizing sales programs, and collaborating with the supply chain team to maintain appropriate inventory levels. Additionally, the Product Manager reviews pricing strategies, analyzes market trends, and oversees the product lifecycle, including new product introductions and model transitions. The goal is to ensure competitive market positioning and sustained product performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to meet monthly sales goals, coordinating with sales teams and channel partners.
• Design and launch sales promotions, campaigns, and other initiatives to drive market growth and strengthen brand presence.
• Collaborate with channel partners to optimize sales programs that drive revenue while balancing inventory levels.
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts and ensure timely replenishment of products to meet market demand.
• Review product pricing strategies to ensure each product model is contributing positively to overall profitability.
• Analyze market trends and adjust the product portfolio to maximize profitability across different product categories.
• Ensure the successful execution of product lifecycle activities, including promotions and model transitions.
• Oversee the introduction of new products, ensuring their competitive positioning in the market.
• Lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies to support new product introductions and sustain ongoing product lines.

What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management or Sales, preferably within the appliance industry or a related sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with the ability to perform complex data analysis, create detailed reports, and support decision-making processes.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with proven success in setting specific goals and developing effective plans to accomplish tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong presentation, sales, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new CRM platforms and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage resources to achieve organizational goals.
• Relevant certifications in Product Management, Marketing, or Sales are an advantage.
• Specialized training in CRM systems like Salesforce or other product management tools is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
