Job Description

  • Manage the seller-sponsored affiliate program for Shopee’s registered Influencer Affiliates;
  • Regularly review and suggest program initiatives to hit program KPIs;
  • Analyze program performance and suggest program improvement plans via data-driven strategies;
  • Work closely with other Influencer Management and Shopee Seller teams for internal collaborations;
  • Keep updated on Influencer industry trends and advancements to ensure program-related executions remain up-to-date and effective.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or any related field;
  • At least 5-6 years of experience in Influencer/Creator Marketing or PR, Social Media Management;
  • Prior experience in eCommerce and Affiliate Marketing preferred;
  • Must have a solid understanding of PH influencer behaviors;
  • Excellent communication skills; must be proficient in both Filipino & English;
  • Able to work independently and with a team;
  • A data-driven & analytical thinker;
  • Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
