About The Role
Peridou Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for optimizing our manufacturing processes and improving operational efficiency across the organisation.
What you'll be doing
Analyse production data and identify opportunities for improvement
Design and implement new manufacturing processes and systems to increase productivity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and eliminate waste
Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track the success of optimisation initiatives
Provide technical expertise and training to production staff
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in industrial engineering
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
5+ years of experience in an industrial engineering or manufacturing optimisation role
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions
Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with manufacturing software and data analysis tools
