Role: Inbound Sales Representative

Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Bonus: 5,000 Perfect Attendance

Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).

Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 9PM to 6AM, Philippine time

Work Setup: Office-based

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Presenting and demonstrating products/services to potential affiliates.
• Negotiating and closing sales deals.
• Providing excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Reporting sales activities and results to the sales manager.



Required Experience:

• Sales experience preferred.
• The hunger & ability to learn on the job quickly required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great Personality, Likeable, Self-Starter.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team if need be.
• Working knowledge of marketing and sales is a plus.
• Knowledge of customer service and order processing systems.
• Strong Sales Background or Strong Ability to Sell.
• Be able to multitask, follow the procedure and go with the flow. Innate ability to communicate & interpret human emotions & buying signals.
• Some technical/computer knowledge is a must.
