Inbound Officer ( Japanese Speaking )

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Handle Japanese Market

Reservation and negotiation with hotel and suppliers.

Communicate via E-mail & Salesforce

Use TOGO system on purpose of costing & itinerary

Ocular to hotel for familiarization of the products we are selling

Assist Japanese staff using Japanese Language

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Business Management or Marketing Courses is an advantage.

• Professional skills with above average written and verbal communication

• Reading and writing Japanese is not required, but preferred.

• Confident enough to communicate with clients.

• With 3- 5 years of experience in Inbound Tourism

• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Office 365

• With good customer service skills and strong work ethics

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and willing to perform various tasks in a diverse working group.
