Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Address customer complaints and inquiries, providing timely solutions and alternatives
  • Build strong relationships and trust with customers through open communication
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents
  • Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least a high school diploma or certificate
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Availability to work holidays, weekends, shifting schedules, and extended hours
  • Can start immediately
