Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure complete and accurate documentation for Import and Export certification requests with the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP).
• Prepare and file exemption requests and related documentation with the Department of Finance (DOF).
• Coordinate closely with the Customs Representative regarding documentary requirements.
• Handle lodging of transactions via the Philippine National Single Window (NSW).
• Prepare and submit customs entry documents and other necessary paperwork to the Bureau of Customs (BOC).
• Process cash advances and liquidation within designated timelines.
• Organize and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of shipment and customs records.
• Prepare delivery receipts and manage documentation for all released shipments.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply preferably BS Customs Administration.
• Must be knowledgeable in computation in Duties and Taxes.

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a 100% onsite workplace.
