Summary
The Implementation Specialist supports functions in Leasing & Rents and Document Management to manage the forms and documents that property staff processes on a daily basis as part of the overall OneSite workflow, such as move-ins, renewals and or recertification and other routine processes that require consistent documentation. Documents are stored in one convenient location for the property’s staff.
Primary Responsibilities
The Implementation Specialist supports functions in Leasing & Rents and Document Management to manage the forms and documents that property staff processes on a daily basis as part of the overall OneSite workflow, such as move-ins, renewals and or recertification and other routine processes that require consistent documentation. Documents are stored in one convenient location for the property’s staff.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
- Ensures all client documents are received in accordance with departmental policies, legal requirements and customer specifications prior to starting implementation
- Perform system setup and configuration ensuring accuracy of complex data and multi system integrations
- Maintain advanced knowledge of each product for which they are responsible
- Conduct review with domestic consultant prior to release to confirm acceptance of data and configuration
- Maintain accurate records of all communication received from each client
- Update activity records timely and accurately in Salesforce to ensure accurate reporting and client billing
- Notify management of any complications, missing data or system defects that might delay the implementation
- Identify and assist development with resolution and enhancements to workflow, scripts, or system defects
- Perform testing on new workflow, scripts, or solutions prior to implementation
- Maintain knowledge of departmental processes and procedures
- Graduate of any four-year course
- Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically MS Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keen in details and has sense of urgency
- Must be able to multi-task, work in high paced and deadline driven environment
- Must be able to effectively communicate with internal business partners
