This position will play an integral role in the general management and organizational strength of our company. The HR associate will provide overall HR support on a day-to-day activities including but not limited to recruitment, administration, onboarding, employee relations and offboarding.

The HR associate will report to the HR Manager but will also work directly with the rest of the management and leadership team as necessary. Interactions with business partners or suppliers will also be part of the business as usual work

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of human resources functions and other Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Experience in payroll processing.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, both in written and verbal form.
• Experience working in a fast-paced organization.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Smart judgment and critical thinking abilities.
• Teamwork skills.
• Excellent knowledge of business administration.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
