- Prepare agreements and assign contractors based on project requirements.
- Develop and manage manpower schedules aligned with company policies.
- Ensure compliance through site visits and regular monitoring.
- Maintain communication between job sites and third parties.
- Resolve conflicts, check billing accuracy, and evaluate agency performance.
- Establish and maintain professional outsourced manpower practices.
- Bachelor's degree in any related course
- With 1 year of experience in Manpower Agency Coordination
- With 1 year of experience in Compliance and Site Monitoring
- With 1 year of experience in Conflict and Issue Resolution
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong City
