Your Role And Responsibilities

An IBM Consulting Associate will design Applications, write Code, test, debug and maintain Software Applications. We are looking for exceptional

candidates who are enterprising, have good interpersonal skills. They must also have strong verbal and written communication skills, a passion to

learn and ability to operate in large team that work closely with clients.

Graduates from all technical streams are eligible. As new recruits, they will partner and network with the global IBM community while working

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• College diploma/Bachelor Degree
• Willingness to be assigned to IBM or Client locations (Monday-Friday, Saturdays as needed)
• Willingness to work on a cyclical shifting schedule
• Solid experience in application development using Java Web (J2EE) and REST Web Service
• Experience in Vue.JS, DB SQL (DB2)
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Demonstrated history of achievement in academics, internships, coops and/or work experience, preferably involving business and technical

coursework

Knowledgeable in design patters is a plus and insurance industry background

Knowledge in Microservices concepts is a plus

SQL/MySQL

JLPT N1-N3 certification is preferred

Fluent in Japanese language (speaking, as well as reading and writing kanji)

Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) and in any IBM location in Quezon City (Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub) or Cebu.
