We're hiring three key roles across our Human Resources function:
- People & Culture Partner Strategic advisor for employee relations, compliance & performance
- People Development Senior Associate Learning & development specialist managing onboarding, training, and LMS
- People Solutions Senior Associate Employee experience coordinator providing administrative and systems support
1. People & Culture Partner
- Act as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders
- Manage employee relations, performance cycles, and engagement strategies
- Promote a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and US labor regulations
- Lead performance review initiatives and advise on workforce planning
2. People Development Senior Associate
- Administer and manage our LMS (Relias), assign training modules, and support training inquiries
- Design engaging onboarding, leadership, and development programs
- Coordinate virtual sessions, webinars, and develop learning content using tools like Canva, Articulate, and SurveyMonkey
- Create internal newsletters and maintain the L&D intranet page
3. People Solutions Senior Associate
- Serve as a front-line support for employee inquiries across HR functions
- Manage employee records, onboarding tasks, and system entries across HRIS platforms (ADP, Jobvite, etc.)
- Run reports, coordinate with payroll and operations, and ensure data accuracy
- Support compliance with state/federal labor requirements
General Qualifications For All Roles
- Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 23 years of HR experience in your specialization (generalist, L&D, employee relations, systems)
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy with experience in MS Office, Zoom, and HR tools (ADP, Jobvite, Relias, etc.)
- Willing to work onsite in BGC on a night shift schedule
- Bonus: HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR), project management skills, and experience in US-based HR support
