Human Resource Operations Manager

Salary: PHP 150,000 - 190,000

Join Tribal, a global EdTech leader, and help scale people operations across our international teams. We’re hiring a People Operations Manager to lead our PH-based shared services team and drive high-impact improvements across HR support processes.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and develop a team of People Operations Coordinators
• Oversee task triage and execution across central HR mailboxes
• Ensure accurate and timely HR processing for onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle changes
• Monitor HRIS data accuracy and compliance
• Support stakeholders across PH, UK, and other global locations
• Drive continuous process improvements and service delivery excellence

What you’ll bring:

• Strong experience leading HR shared services or operations teams
• Proven track record supporting multiple countries (AU, UK exposure is a plus)
• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors)
• Deep understanding of Philippine labor law and global process alignment
• Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
